Our famous meet and greets not only serve as a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have, but they also include a 15-minute discovery call before you commit to the initial consultation, a nice little hello gift, PLUS a 10% voucher for Sunflower Paws Academy, all for FREE! This two hour consultation will go through everything we might need to know: history, diet, medical, exercise, triggers, enrichment, questions, contracts, and so much more. With our first meet being this detailed, we’ll feel like part of the family from the get-go. You get a chance to get to know us directly and understand exactly how we work. We’ll start digging to the very core of where the problems may lie, or what areas you’d like to improve on, and after writing an essay’s worth of notes, we’ll go away and review all our findings, ready to put a solid package plan in place for you, should you wish to go ahead and start training with us!

With tailor-made lesson plans for you and your dog’s goals, you'll also be receiving a great deal on our 1-1 pricing by going with this package! Our weekly support calls are built in to give you an extra chance to chat over your progress or ask questions in between each session.
MOONSTONE:

- FREE access to emergency text/call support throughout the period of your sessions!
Ideal for separation anxiety cases, complex reactivity help, or even as a bulk deal where you can bank the remainder of your sessions for up to 3 months.
Each session is guided with our personalised lesson plans, while monitoring the dog’s progress and coping skills at every stage. Automatically included is our emergency support access, meaning if you have any burning questions that can’t wait until your next session, you can contact us anytime and we’ll get back to you within ASAP within the next 24 hours!

If you’re in need of one or two more sessions after completing one of our main packages, or if you’re looking for a refresher after a break away, these 1-1 sessions are perfect to book in without the longer term commitment.
Please note our 1-1 add on option is ONLY available to our current/previous clients.

SUPPORT ADD ON - £40 per month:
If you’ve completed your round of training but are looking for some virtual support to keep you on track then this is for you! Even if you never use it, this is a peace of mind add on should you suddenly have any burning questions or hit any bumps in the road once your package has finished with us. You can contact us anytime via emergency text or a call and we’ll get back to you within ASAP within the next 24 hours!
How old should my puppy be to start training? We can begin help as soon as puppy is home. Typically, from 8 weeks is a good time to start, but we can even begin sessions with you and the family before pup arrives to help you prepare mentally and physically!
What training methods do you use? We are strictly positive reinforcement only. Reward based training works by encouraging positive behaviours rather than punishing unwanted ones, thus creating a stronger bond between you and your dog, whilst building their confidence, and solidifying new long-term patterns.
FAQs:
Can you guarantee results? Whilst we can't guarantee specific results as it largely depends on consistent practice along with other life factors that may be out of our control as a trainer… We absolutely can guarantee our commitment to finding the right approach for your dog. If you're not seeing progress, we'll adjust our methods until we find what works and continue to further search until we are all satisfied.
​Can you look after my XL Bully? Yes! We are proud to be XL friendly, we are fully insured and well versed to look after our XL friends.
How long does training typically take? It varies. Generally speaking, for standard work you’d be look at around 4-6 weeks, for more complex issues such as severe reactivity or separation anxiety it may be more like 9 weeks, or if you choose our smallest package, we could cover the basics in just 3 sessions. Can you help with my aggressive dog? Yes, we have lots of experience working with dogs at all stages of the aggression spectrum. Reactivity cases require a thorough assessment, and we'll create a specialized plan to address the specific triggers and behaviours in the safest way possible for all involved.
